CEO Advisor for Law Firms

Partnering with law firm owners, the full-time CEO Advisor for Law Firms will build and execute business growth strategies, improve operations, and strengthen financial performance while working remotely from specific states. Key responsibilities Build and execute business growth strategies for law firms Improve operations, systems, and accountability within client firms Coach law firm owners through key business decisions to enhance profitability and efficiency Required qualifications Direct experience managing P&Ls ranging from $500K to $50M Background as a CEO, COO, President, General Manager, or similar leadership role Proven track record of improving cash flow and operational efficiency Experience in building teams and organizational structures History of coaching or influencing business owners or senior leaders
