Job Title

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Location

Greensboro, NC

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday with late shifts required a few times per month | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting during day shift hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Participate in STEMI call coverage, including weekend and after-hours call shifts; must be prepared to arrive and be ready to work within 30 minutes of STEMI activation
• Operate and monitor advanced cardiac devices and procedures including IABP, IMPELLA, ECMO, Orbital atherectomy, Rotational atherectomy, flow wire, manifold, and sheath pulling
• Monitor cases using XPER and EPIC CUPID when proficient with both platforms
• Maintain compliance with facility scheduling expectations, including a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Float to alternate facility campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to scrub cases in the Cath Lab is required
• Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed; study materials not provided)
• EPIC experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with XPER and EPIC CUPID for case monitoring
• Experience with OTC and all other standard Cath Lab adjuncts
• Familiarity with advanced hemodynamic support devices including IMPELLA and ECMO
