Work on multiple high-level assignments while maintaining high‑quality work product. Qualifications 4 to 6 years of litigation experience at a comparable law firm. Significant experience with securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and related matters. Strong background in federal and state securities laws and corporate governance. Federal court litigation experience required. Experience managing projects and supervising junior team members. Strong academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
