Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce

Title Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce Location Parsippany, New Jersey (Remote) Requirements Salesforce functional Business Analyst. Not looking for an admin or someone too technical Experience capturing, and documenting B2B customer centric requirements, with a focus on minimizing customer pain points, and providing visibility into operational data. Eliciting, documenting, and mapping Salesforce data to/from 3rd party and custom systems (SAP, Data Lake, etc.) Perform analysis and design using various methods, including: business requirements, functional specifications, user stories/acceptance criteria, use cases, swim lanes, and process flows, swim lane diagrams, AS-IS / TO-BE diagrams, and mock-ups/wireframes. Understanding of best practices with Digital User Interface designs and User Experience. Experience with visually modeling requirements using tools. Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience in Jira. Experience with documenting requirements for integrations between enterprise systems. Strong experience in business process design and workflow analysis. Strong knowledge and execution of IT Standards, Policies and Procedures. Knowledge of Information Security Practices. Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies & Tools. Experience in working with multiple data sources and ERPs Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus. Google Suite and Lucid Charts knowledge is a plus. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus. Strong ability to influence and drive cross-functional decisions and initiatives. Very Strong drive for results. Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (with IT focus), or related majors and/or track record of work experience in areas described above. 5+ years’ experience in systems analysis and design with a proven record of successful medium to large scale project implementations, preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business durable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
