VC-25A Product Support Supply Chain Manager (Supply Chain Support)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Supply Chain Manager to support the team in San Antonio, TX.Position Responsibilities:Inventory management of aircraft kitted and rotatable parts, consumables and emergent partsToolroom management, facilities management and plant and equipment maintenance, technical management of external supply chain and coordination with third party vendors to support site requirementsDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesParticipates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliersManages, develops and motivates employeesFirst Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
