Just balance. What You’ll Be Doing Rock the mic and lead SPENGA’s signature sessions with energy and confidence. Complete our in-house training + SPENGA certification (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes—and the bike, and the dumbbells, and the yoga mat). Be part of the member journey—from intro session to long-term fan. Join in on marketing events, Instagram moments, and studio fun. Yes, you might need to smile for the ‘gram. What We’re Looking For Experience teaching Spin, Strength, or Yoga is a HUGE plus—but not required! You’re willing to complete SPENGA's internal certification program. You’re confident, coachable, and don’t mind sweating in front of a crowd. You’re reliable, upbeat, and fun to be around. You care about people, not just reps.
