AZDOT IT Software Project Coordinator

Job Title IT Software Project Coordinator (Local Only/Onsite) Client State of Arizona – AZDOT - Information Technology Group (ITG) Eligibility Position is only for current Arizona residents. Fresh graduates on OPT (W2) are also considered. Location Fully onsite; may transition to hybrid. Required Skills 1-2 years of experience in project coordination General knowledge of software licensing and asset management methodologies and tools Experience with ServiceNow and Google Suite Responsibilities Manages software acquisition, including negotiation, budget and administration of software purchases, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and managing renewals. Monitors software licenses and usage, including compliance with organizational needs and requirements while maintaining accurate entitlement records and license inventories. Administers software change management, collaborating with vendors and suppliers and service providers for support aligned with IT standards and strategy. Manages, maintains and coordinates software assets for existing approved software. Responds to requests for technical assistance via phone, chat or email for software assets. Assists in facilitating software requests for existing approved software. Researches questions using available information resources. Advises users on appropriate action. Follows Information Technology process, standard, governance and procedures. Follows up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues. Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention. Tracks and routes problems and requests and documents resolutions. Works cross-functionally to prepare, distribute and communicate software status, solve problems and implement changes. Qualifications & Educational Requirements General knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures General knowledge of software licensing and asset management methodologies and tools Knowledge of technology asset life cycle management processes Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks 1-2 years of experience in project coordination Experience with ServiceNow Experience with Google Suite Skills Familiar with IT ticketing, service desk, and asset management systems Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, applications and collaboration tools such as Google and Microsoft suites Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing customer support Experience researching, analyzing and interpreting data and numbers (license counts, license costs and division) Knowledge and experience of customer service practices, including communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain levels of productivity Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Collaborative skills—demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships with both business and technical resources Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr S R INTERNATIONAL INC
