Located along the ocean’s edge, ‘ULU offers an elevated yet approachable atmosphere, showcasing Hawai‘i Island’s rich agricultural and seafood resources through a menu rooted in sustainability and Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine.With a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients—many harvested from the Resort’s own gardens and surrounding waters—‘ULU delivers a dining experience that is both deeply connected to place and refined in execution.This role is ideal for a dynamic, highly visible leader who thrives in a high-volume, luxury environment.
