We're seeking a Family Support Specialist to assist families enrolled in our Early Childhood Programs.

Pay & Benefits

· $17.80 - $20.25 per hour

· Full-time position

· Up to 41 paid days off annually

What You'll Do

· Support families through education and resource coordination

· Assist caregivers with child development activities

· Conduct developmental screenings

· Help families access community services

· Document client interactions and program outcomes

· Support enrollment and eligibility activities

· Participate in community outreach efforts

· Promote positive caregiver-child interactions

Qualifications

· CDA, Associate degree, or qualifying college coursework

· Experience working with children and families

· Strong communication skills

· Valid driver's license

Preferred:

· Bachelor's degree

· PAT Certification

· Spanish bilingual skills (+$2/hour)

· Human services experience
