HP Customer Sales Representative

Part‑time HP Customer Sales Representative – Regular work, located at Costco 142, Merced, CA (95340). Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience. Schedule: Flex Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (10–15 hours per week). Overview Assist in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand and products in a local big‑box retailer. Demonstrate products, tailor demonstrations to customer needs, build rapport with customers, and develop professional relationships with store management and employees. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at a big‑box retail store. Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report competitive insights and track sales activity. Ensure the workstation or kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable. Accurately document and report sales. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Qualifications Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with an outgoing personality. Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products after training. Ability to navigate a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless a plus. Training or product demonstration experience a plus. One‑year work experience required. High school diploma or equivalent. Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
