Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities. In this on-site role, you will implement treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and patient education while documenting progress in EMR systems. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative, patient-centered culture that values integrity, respect, and quality outcomes.
