Lead Machine Operator

Cargill is seeking a Machine Operator Leader to guide daily production in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead a team of operators, set up and run equipment, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to strict safety and food-safety standards. You will troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, coordinate with maintenance, and keep accurate production records. As a key frontline leader, you will coach and train team members, promote continuous improvement, and support Cargill’s commitment to integrity, innovation, and sustainable food production.
