Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth, develop client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and expand the company's market presence.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop and execute business development strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work onsite in North Brunswick, NJ.
