- With a team of board-certified physicians, skilled support staff and excellent facilities, the Heart & Vascular Institute is able to offer a full spectrum of cardiovascular care including diagnostic services, cardiovascular research, five current heart failure research studies, and a nationally accredited laboratory all in one convenient location. - The facilities house two cardiac and vascular surgical suites, two cath labs, and a hybrid suite with state-of-the-art imaging and equipment. - This team of caregivers has been recognized nationally by receiving the 2016 Mission: Lifeline Receiving Center Bronze Plus Recognition and the 2016 National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) ACTION Registry GWTG Platinum Performance Awards, the 4th year in a row - signifying our system is among the best in the nation in following treatment guidelines proven to increase survival rates and reduce readmission rates for heart attack and heart failure.
