Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings preferred
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with varying communication needs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations; interpret results to develop effective intervention strategies
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators and families
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment, progress, and required reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and deliver in-services or guidance for school staff when needed
• Offer support and education to students’ families to facilitate treatment carryover and student progress
