Job Summary As part of the multidisciplinary VICC Community Outreach and Engagement population health navigation program, the Assoc Public Health Manager for Cancer Screening provides patient centered, non-clinical navigation services to community members in need of cancer screening, including individuals who are uninsured or underinsured. This position works with community partners to provide education and support around cancer screening and local resources to encourage patient action. Navigation services include individualized assistance to help overcome health care system barriers and facilitate timely access to quality medical care. .
