Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OUTPATIENT) position located in Bemidji, Minnesota. This outpatient role involves planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs to help patients recover mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength. The position requires adherence to departmental guidelines and regulatory standards, including documentation and patient education.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour days, potential to work holidays; no weekends or call.
• Required Qualifications: Appropriate education level in accordance with state licensure. Must be licensed in Minnesota as a Physical Therapist. BLS Certification required. No experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must badge in and out at the facility. Clinicians must note if they have previously worked for the facility; if so, the prior employment end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission. Candidates must obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.
