The Role We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Sales Operations Business Partner to support growth across Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) North America. This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering with regional and specialty leaders, as well as producers, to drive decision‑making, performance and growth outcomes. As part of a broader North America Sales Operations team, this role will align to a defined portfolio of regions, specialties and/or producers, working alongside peers with similar remits. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor—owning growth insight, shaping planning activities, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions that drive new business performance. This role is also part of a global Sales Operations network with business partners playing similar roles in other geographies, and specialist communities of excellence driving analytics, client insights and client satisfaction to deliver best‑in‑class growth enablement. Key Responsibilities Growth & Business Planning – Partner with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, business plans and performance tracking across assigned areas. Pipeline & Forecasting – Own pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy, providing insight on performance, risks and opportunities to inform decision‑making. Insight & Performance Management – Translate data into actionable insights, enabling leaders to optimise growth, improve conversion and prioritise opportunities. Sales Enablement & CRM – Drive value from CRM (Dynamics 365) through data quality, insight generation and adoption of consistent processes and standards. Client & Account Management Support – Enable delivery of client growth initiatives, including account planning, client satisfaction and client‑at‑risk processes. Stakeholder Partnership – Work closely with Growth Leaders, Producers, Finance, Marketing and Global Sales Operations teams to coordinate and accelerate growth initiatives. Key Outcomes Improved generation and conversion of new business opportunities Stronger client retention outcomes Enhanced sales management and decision‑making capability Qualifications Experience in sales operations, business planning or commercial analytics in a complex, matrix environment Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insight Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365) and reporting tools such as Power BI Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate at pace, manage ambiguity and prioritise effectively Compensation and Benefits The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
