What You'll Do

Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will:

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet each patient's goals

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate physical therapy interventions

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities

• Assist with mobility, gait, balance, strength, and endurance training

• Monitor patient responses and communicate changes in condition to the supervising PT

• Document treatments and patient progress accurately and efficiently

• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress

• Collaborate with PTs, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Help create an encouraging environment where patients feel supported and motivated

• Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable California regulations and facility policies

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a PTA who is:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California

• A graduate of an accredited PTA program
