Overview Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is searching for occupational therapists to join our Home & Community Program. Our model brings outpatient experience into the home and community, helping clients regain independence in meaningful, real‑world ways. What You’ll Do: Provide functional OT in natural environments Support returntowork, returntodriving, and daily life skills Work collaboratively with PTs, SLPs, and LCSWs Why You'll Love This Role: PRN W2 role (not 1099) Flexible scheduling Hourly pay Driving & mileage reimbursement Educational program access Supportive interdisciplinary team Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice Current CPR Certification A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses (preferred) Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interaction Ability to lift 50 pounds Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the institution into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
