PRN Occupational Therapist

Valley County Health System is seeking a PRN or Contract-based Occupational Therapist to assist in our Rehabilitation Services department. The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services. Performs and maintains documentation. Attends continuing education courses to increase knowledge and to meet state requirements. Coordinates and oversees workload and patient care. Understands and enforces related regulations and laws which govern the performance of the services being provided. Candidates should possess proven independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience.

Requirements:

• Current applicable Occupational Therapy licensure for the state of Nebraska
• Previous experience preferred
• Demonstrated safe and appropriate care within the standards of practice
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with computers required
