The selected candidate will use their experience working in the Network / Telecommunications field to assist with project implementation. The candidate will be responsible for the successful completion of tasks for their assigned projects, involving the installation and maintenance of telecommunication systems both in the WMA and field sites. This position is one of multiple Project Integrators that work together as a focused team, providing critical technical, administrative, and operational oversight to assigned project tasks. Qualified candidates will have a current TS/SCI with Poly, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and will thrive at working in a team environment.Responsibilities:Manage schedules and system deployment tracking from project initiation to completionAssist with planning and tracking the resources required to execute the projectTrack Team/Project Action Items and report progress to customerFacilitate/monitor project purchasing, documentation and researchCoordinate project activities and communicate timelines with Customer, field site point of contacts and team membersInitiate/follow up with field communications as necessary to keep the Customer informedDevelop and present briefings related to project progressCreate/brief Project Management Review (PMR) slidesLeverage experience across the Customer organization, internal team, and external offices to complete project deliverablesCoordinate with Customer's security elements for Project Certification and AccreditationCoordinate office access requirementsQualifications: Required:Demonstrated experience working well with large diverse teams, alone and with mission partners as requiredExperience managing multiple priorities and completing administrative functionsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to effectively manage several projects simultaneouslyAbility to Incorporates/Implement changes to scheduleWorking knowledge of Customer's organization, internal policies and processesProject Organization/trackingExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWilling to "go the extra mile" in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are metAbility to work as part of a team in a very dynamic environmentHighly mission orientedTop Secret/SCI w/Poly RequiredDesired:ITIL CertificationsPMP CertificationsUnderstanding of Wide Area Networking concepts and technologiesUnderstanding of service management and delivery best practicesThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
