• Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,090 - $4,760
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
• Start Date: June 8, 2026
• Shifts: 5 shifts per week, 8-hour days
• Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center, Anesthesia Department
• Case Mix: Trauma, cardiac, neuro, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, obstetrical, pediatric, neonatal, and more

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Pennsylvania CRNA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start (important for Pennsylvania anesthesia jobs)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a CRNA
• BLS certification required
• Board certification or board eligibility required
• Proficiency with general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques
• Experience providing anesthesia care across adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, cardiac, orthopedic, neuro, vascular, thoracic, and obstetrical cases

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures as a locum tenens CRNA in collaboration with anesthesiologists
• Perform thorough preoperative evaluations, perioperative risk assessments, and postoperative follow-up care
• Select and administer appropriate anesthesia and emergency medications; manage perioperative pain and sedation
• Continuously monitor patient status, interpret hemodynamic waveforms, and adapt anesthesia plans as needed
• Prepare and organize the operating room with necessary anesthesia equipment, regional blocks, and medications
• Maintain advanced airway management skills and respond to intraoperative emergencies and codes
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and efficient OR flow
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately in the EMR, including anesthesia records and perioperative notes
• Mentor and serve as a clinical resource for peers, residents, students, and ancillary staff when appropriate

• Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center handling a high-volume, diverse case mix - excellent for advancing CRNA clinical skills
