Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Rehabilitation, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional guiding and empowering patients through their cardiac recovery journey with compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts their well‑being. Every day, you will leverage your specialized expertise to design and deliver individualized, comprehensive care plans for cardiac patients, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing evidence‑based rehabilitation protocols. Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence‑based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient. Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient. Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices. Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. Job Requirements Required Registered Nurse, AZ One (1) year of experience American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months Preferred One (1) year of medical/surgical intensive care experience.
