Construction Laborer

Job Description

Now hiring a Skilled Laborer to support commercial construction projects involving the installation and maintenance of commercial-grade pools and spas. This role will assist with new construction and renovation projects. OSHA 10 certification is required; training is provided for able-bodied candidates who are willing to learn. Candidates with concrete experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare construction sites for commercial pool and spa projects.
Handle and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist with concrete work and related construction tasks.
Support the installation of commercial-grade pools and spas.
Assist with maintenance, renovations, and new construction projects.
Maintain clean and organized work areas through regular site cleanup.
Follow OSHA 10 requirements and applicable job-site safety practices.
Assist crew members with general construction activities.

Required Qualifications

OSHA 10 certification.
Ability to perform physical construction labor.
Willingness to learn and receive training.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in commercial construction labor.
Experience with concrete work.
