Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Genesis Mental Health Services, you will:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  • Evaluate clients' needs through comprehensive assessments, establishing treatment goals and strategies.

  • Document session notes accurately and promptly to ensure seamless continuity of care.

  • Manage your caseload with a focus on client-centered approaches, ensuring you respond to clients' needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling practice will cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will work to provide culturally competent care and build rapport with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood and supported in their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
