Compliance Project Manager

To define and drive the vision and strategy for security compliance capabilities across the Windows ecosystem, the full-time Security Compliance Project Manager will serve as a trusted Security SME, influencing engineering decisions and ensuring regulatory readiness while working remotely with collaboration centered in the Pacific time zone. Key responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Windows security compliance and assurance capabilities Identify security and compliance gaps, driving product investments to enhance Windows security posture Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver secure-by-design and compliance-by-design capabilities Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Security Engineering, or related fields Strong technical expertise in platform, services, application, and infrastructure security Experience influencing architecture and product strategy across complex technical domains Familiarity with security and regulatory frameworks such as NIST, FedRAMP, and FIPS Strong understanding of enterprise Windows security fundamentals and secure development practices
