Sales Executive

Job Title
Identify, qualify, and develop new client leads and referrals, achieving specific monthly sales goals.
Schedule and conduct client appointments to understand needs and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Close sales by building rapport, explaining services, overcoming objections, and negotiating contracts.
Use and manage a CRM system to track client information, activities, and manage a list of prospective clients.
Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to foster a positive work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong organizational skills and a metrics-driven mindset with a competitive drive for success.
Proven ability to close short-cycle B2B sales.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional communication skills, including experience in delivering presentations and facilitating meetings.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and accounting, to meet client needs.
