Job DescriptionCollege Graduate – Rotational Engineering Program (REP) - start date July 2027 in Hudson, NHMercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an RF Test Automation REP Engineer, you'll join a collaborative RF Test Automation team focused on automating the RF testing and calibration of products for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications. This role offers hands-on experience with RF test equipment, test automation software, and production test systems from controlling devices under test and instruments to collecting, storing, and processing measurement data.In addition to a competitive salary, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and continuous skill development, you'll join a talented, innovative team where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.What this program offers:The Rotational Engineering Program (REP) is designed to develop the next generation of technical and business leaders.You will gain:Hands on technical and leadership developmentExposure and work assignments across various engineering groups over the two-year program, based on your skills and business needsOpportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and executive managementChallenging assignments that build familiarity with Mercury Systems' practices across the organizationThe opportunity to explore individual interest aligned with company objectivesJob Responsibilities:Support development and execution of RF test procedures based on product requirements and engineering specifications.Perform RF measurements using lab and production test equipment and document results with accuracy and traceability.Assist in assembling, validating, and supporting RF test automation hardware and software for engineering development and production use.Contribute to test automation scripting for instrument control, data collection, storage, and processing.Document test results, identify defects, and work with cross-functional engineering teams to support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.Help maintain and improve existing RF test systems, fixtures, switch matrices, and automation tools.Support new product introduction (NPI) by transferring test methods from engineering development to production, including test documentation and troubleshooting guidance.Collaborate with RF, digital, and manufacturing engineers to support products from development through production.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field obtained between May 2026 and June 2027A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review processPrior Co-Op or internship experienceFoundational understanding of electronics, RF/microwave concepts, or board-level hardwareExperience using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, or spectrum analyzers)Coursework or project experience with a programming language such as Python, C#, Java, or similarAbility to read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and engineering requirementsStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively independently and collaborativelyAbility to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts"This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance.
