Contract | Night Shift | 36–48 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate progress toward outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide care in a safe, healing, and patient-centered environment
• Provide health education and information directly to patients, families, and the treatment team
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise, direct, and appropriately delegate duties to assigned nursing staff and coordinate care across disciplines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
• Epic and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years; each work history entry must identify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple systems were used during the same role
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as a direct employee of an organization
• No time-off requests (RTO) permitted; start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
