RN - Emergency Dept

NOTE: This position will float between 2 EDs: Tucson Campus Level I Trauma and South Campus Level III. Must have prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center; must have at minimum 2 years of recent ED RN experience, and experience in a 500+ bed hospital is preferred. Must have prior travel experience. Must have PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS. Experience/Qualifications Active RN license and current AHA/ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years ER or high-acuity acute care nursing experience Ability to triage quickly and initiate evidence-based treatment plans Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation standards Strong collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated accountability for performance and productivity targets Excellent patient and family communication and education skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical learning Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentWillingness to work on-site and support contract-based terms #J-18808-Ljbffr
