You will partner with scientific teams to solve real lab challenges, driving automation, digital integration, and analytics-ready data. In this role, you will accelerate research outcomes by delivering standardized and future-ready lab orchestration solutions across functions.Who you’ll work withYou will be working in a team that collaborates closely with cross-functional scientific teams across Biology, Chemistry, and Antibody research, along with digital, data, and automation experts. You will partner with vendors, platform providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated laboratory solutions that improve efficiency, connectivity, and data quality.What you’ll doPartner with scientific leaders to solve key laboratory challengesDesign scalable workflows enabling analytics-ready experimental dataExpand automation across Biology, Chemistry, and Antibody platformsImprove instrument connectivity and automate routine lab processesLead selection and implementation of lab orchestration platformsIntegrate instruments and connect experimental data pipelinesInterested? For this role we’re looking for the followingMinimum requirements8+ years’ experience in lab automation, orchestration, or data systemsProven experience integrating laboratory instruments with digital platformsSubstantiated understanding of scientific workflows across research functionsVerifyable exerience leading platform selection or implementation initiativesDemonstrated stakeholder engagement and project management skillsBachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related fieldPreferred requirementsExperience in Biology, Chemistry, or Antibody research environmentsAdvanced degree in science, engineering, or related disciplineExperience with electronic lab notebooks or lab systems platformsStrong knowledge of automation technologies and digital connectivityAbility to work across global and multidisciplinary teamsExperience delivering scalable, enterprise-level laboratory solutionsThis position’s reasonably anticipated base salary range is $202,400 to $265,700 per year.
