Innovation Lab Program Manager

Description

Benedict College invites applications for the position of Innovation Lab Program Manager for the Quantum Information Science Hub initiative housed within the Benedict Enterprise Startup and Technology (B.E.S.T.) Innovation Lab. This position is grant-funded for a period of two years only and is contingent upon grant funding. The position will begin upon official grant award and project start date. The selected candidate must be available to work full-time upon project launch.

The Innovation Lab Program Manager will serve as the primary operational lead for the initiative and will oversee the day-to-day implementation of all grant activities. The Program Manager will work closely with institutional leadership faculty external partners innovation ecosystem stakeholders and program participants to ensure successful execution of project goals deliverables and reporting requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage overall project implementation timelines and operational activities

Oversee delivery and coordination of asynchronous curriculum modules and digital learning activities

Coordinate and implement Future Innovators Challenge experiences and related programming

Manage ecosystem partnerships mentor engagement and external stakeholder relationships

Monitor project milestones deliverables and participant outcomes

Support evaluation assessment and grant reporting activities

Supervise participant engagement communication and recruitment efforts

Ensure compliance with grant requirements institutional policies and reporting expectations

Coordinate meetings workshops events and ecosystem engagement activities

Support sustainability planning and expansion of innovation programming

Maintain accurate project documentation records and operational systems

Other duties as assigned
