Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Full-Time Special Education Teacher licensure required
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including general education staff, specialists, and families
• Familiarity with a variety of instructional and behavioral strategies suited for diverse learners
• Organizational skills and a positive, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs
• Provide direct instructional support in both one-on-one and group settings
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records according to district and legal requirements
