Call Center Representative – Customer Support Location:Provo, UT Employment Type:Full-Time (Part-Time available after training) Compensation:Starting at $16.50/hour, with growth up to $19.50/hour within 6 months Overview Join ahigh-volume inbound call centerwhere your communication skills and professionalism drive results. In this role,you’llhandle inbound calls from customers who have already expressed interest, answer questions, and guide them through next steps with confidence and clarity. WhatYou’llDo Handle ahigh volume of inbound callsfrom prospective and existing customers Schedule appointments and manage calendars with accuracy and efficiency Followstructured scripts and workflowswhile adapting naturally to conversations Guide hesitant callers usingprofessional, solutions-focused communication Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments Verify customer information and enter data accurately into aCRM system Respond to questions and resolve concerns in a calm, professional manner Escalate complex situations appropriately whilemaintaininga positive experience Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through What This Role Feels Like Fast-paced call center environment withconsistent call volume throughout the day Structured workflows with clear expectations andperformance metrics A role wherehow you communicate matters just as much as what you do High standardsfor professionalism, accuracy, and customer experience WhatWe’reLooking For High school diploma or GED Experience in acustomer service or call center environmentpreferred Comfortable handlinghigh call volume and working on the phone throughout the day Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to staycalm, organized, and professional under pressure Basic computer skills and experience withdata entry and systems (CRM experience a plus) Preferred Background Call center or inbound sales/support experience Hospitality, retail, or otherhigh-touch customer service roles Experience working inmetrics-driven or performance-based environments About You You’veworked in environments wherecustomer interactions movedquicklyand quality still mattered.You’recomfortable following a process, staying organized, and keeping a professional tone — even during busy or challenging calls.
