Actuarial Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting ceded reinsurance operations for Employee Benefits, the full-time remote Actuarial Analyst will manage monthly claims valuation, reinsurance billing, reimbursement tracking, and financial reporting while collaborating with various teams to enhance processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities Execute monthly ceded claims valuations and apply reinsurance treaty provisions to claims and reserves Prepare and review reinsurance billing, adjustments, and supporting documentation Track reimbursements, reconcile payments, and investigate outstanding or disputed items Required Qualifications Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data, calculation systems, or reporting tools Comfortable working with automated processes and technical tools; experience with Databricks, SAS, SQL, Python, VBA, or Azure DevOps is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
