Successful completion of the program waives all required company startup fees to be approved to own an agency. Responsibilities Generate new business through a mix of agency-provided leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting Manage the full sales process, including quoting, presenting coverage options, handling objections, and closing sales Service Team will assist with a majority of the customer onboarding and servicing, so you can focus on sales.
