Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm (Flexible)
Salary: $60,000-65,000/year + profit sharing & annual bonus
Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support their Convenience Store Channel sales team by providing accurate, timely administrative and operational support. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, manufacturers, and customers and is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data and leveraging advanced Excel skills to keep processes running smoothly.

Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support their Convenience Store Channel sales team by providing accurate, timely administrative and operational support. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, manufacturers, and customers and is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data and leveraging advanced Excel skills to keep processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly sales calls and monthly sales meetings, including schedules and agendas
- Create sales materials including sell sheets, presentations, and meeting decks
- Support customer meetings, business reviews, and sales planning activities
- Coordinate trade shows, marketing events, and manufacturer market/store visits
- Maintain product lists, Plan-O-Grams, and distribution trackers
- Process new item setup, pricing changes, vendor paperwork, rebates, and promotional programs
- Manage trade spending, deductions, and CRM updates
- Support order-related inquiries including pricing, product specs, and validation
- Bachelor's degree and/or related experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel required; proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to shifting priorities
