Compensation: $90,000–$110,000+ per year

With three dealership locations and multiple service advisor openings , we’re looking for experienced automotive professionals who know how to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximizing opportunity in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up through delivery
- Build trust and provide a professional, transparent ownership experience
- Accurately document customer concerns and communicate effectively with technicians
- Manage repair orders, maintenance recommendations, and follow-up communication
- Maintain strong CSI while balancing service lane performance and profitability
- Deliver a premium experience that drives customer retention and loyalty
