Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

- Well-organized and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing labor, food, and budget costs
- Proven leadership skills to coach and mentor team members

Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in Latin and South American cuisine
- Previous leadership role in a culinary environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Creative approach to menu development and food presentation
