Job TitleShift2nd Shift / 3pm to 11:30pm / Monday to Friday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demandsAbout The Role:As a core member of our frozen warehouse and distribution team, you will be expected to:Work in a -20 degree environment to move product from a conveyor and stack onto a palletPrepare pallets filled with delicious ice cream for the warehouse before it is sent to our customersWork as a team to support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safetyAs your employer, Perry's will help you to achieve all of the above goals through feedback, education, and continuous professional development.What We're Looking For:Minimum education of a High School diploma, GED or HSEExperience working with PIV.Schedule flexibility to work various shifts as needed, especially for trainingAbility to abide by GMP and SQF requirements.Ability to legibly complete paperwork.Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish set goalsWork with a safety mindset and in an efficient manner.Essential Duties:Ability to work in an extreme cold climate, reaching temperatures below -20° FAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., throughout entire shift, multiple days a weekWork in a -20 degree environment to move product from a conveyor and stack onto a pallet starting at ground level to over the shoulder heightStack pallets filled with delicious ice cream for the warehouse before it is sent to our customersAbility to use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to overhead at timesCapable of pushing/pulling 2000 lbs., for an extended amount of time using pallet jacks manual or electricMust be able to stand/walk for extended periods throughout assigned shift while maintaining footing on slippery floorsWork as a team to support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safetyAll other tasks as outlined by supervisorWhy Perry's?Working with and talking about ice cream… how cool is that?Behind every bite of Cookie Dough and every scoop of Panda Paws is a passionate team bringing hard work and creative ideas to the table.
