Quality Pest Control is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Omaha. If you've spent time on the phones — cold calling, recruiting calls, outbound sales, whatever it was — and you know how to keep a pipeline full and follow up until someone says yes (or a clear no), we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

●        Answer inbound calls and respond to web and chat leads, turning them into long-term clients.

●        Own a structured follow-up process so no lead goes cold, ever.

●        Help existing clients add services that actually solve problems they're dealing with.

●        Keep a full pipeline and accurate CRM notes so nothing falls through the cracks.

●        Explain pest issues and solutions in a way that actually makes sense.

●        Back up our Customer Service Representative when call volume is high.

What You'll Need

●        Inside sales experience — cold calling, outbound calls, recruiting calls, or similar outreach work where following up was part of the job.

●        Comfort learning new software quickly.

●        A clean background check.

●        A warm, pleasant voice that helps people feel comfortable and heard.

What You'll Get

●        Pay:  $150/day during training, then $125/day + commission, up to 10% of annual contract value sold
