Night Auditor Position At Hampton Inn & Suites Lake PlacidThe Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest records during the overnight shift and provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out.Responsibilities:Verify and balance all financial transactions from the day shiftPrepare daily reports and summaries of hotel operationsProcess guest check-ins and check-outsRespond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaintsMaintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentialityMonitor hotel security and report any suspicious activityAssist with other duties as assigned by managementWhat are we looking for?
