Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time/Part-Time All Shifts

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs with shift differential for PM (2nd) Shift and NOC (3rd) Shift. New CNAs are encouraged to apply!

Current Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM- 2:15 PM

• 2nd Shift 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM (+$2.00 differential)

• NOC Shift: 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM (+$2.00 differential)

Current Promotion:

• If you sign up for a 1.0 master schedule- you will qualify for $25/hour!

As a CNA at Avina, You Will:

• Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.

• Assist residents with daily needs including bathing, dressing, eating, oral hygiene, and mobility.

• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.

• Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights.

• Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.

• Accurately document cares provided.

• Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Current CNA Certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

• Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care skills

• Compassion, attention to detail, and a true desire to help others
