Office Specialist, Primary Care, Baptist South

Office Specialist at Baptist Primary Care located at Baptist South on Old St. Augustine Road in Jacksonville, FL. Full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Job Responsibilities Handle patient registration, posting charges and payments, and telephone protocols. Assist patients as needed. Review and follow up on unpaid insurance claims. Process mail daily. Work with insurance carriers and Baptist Primary Care Centers. Check in and check out patients. Assist with referrals as needed. Scan documents. Experience Requirements One–two years front desk experience preferred. Experience working in a medical office preferred. Education & Credential Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Benefits Opportunity for up to a $1,000 sign‑on bonus available. Location South – MOB III – 14534 #J-18808-Ljbffr
