Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible 8-hour shifts (typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) | No nights, weekends, or call

Setting: Outpatient Neurology Practice

Position Overview

An outpatient neurology practice in Milford, DE, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered neurological care for adult patients. The provider will manage established follow-up visits, medication management, urgent patient access, and care coordination in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage established neurology follow-up patients

•Provide medication management and treatment planning

•Coordinate patient care and referrals as needed

•Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

•Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications Required

•Active Delaware PA or NP license (or eligibility) required

•Prescriptive authority required

•Neurology experience preferred

•Strong Internal Medicine or Primary Care background with interest in neurology welcomed

•Comfortable working with EMR systems and clinical documentation

•New graduates are welcome to apply

•Adult patient population (18+)

•Average patient volume: 15-20 patients per day

•Option for a 4-day workweek after onboarding

•Outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities

•Start timeline: Flexible within 3-6 months
