As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol Driver in Roeland Park, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols and drive throughout assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service while responding to security-related needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to store customers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with store management, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
