Test Technician

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Test Technician to join a leading Company located in the Chelmsford, MA surrounding area.

**USCitizenship is required.**

**Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.**

Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. Thisis an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and havean interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
• Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
• Document accurate data records and results testdatabases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting/retesting of electronic assemblies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

Basic Hiring Criteria:  

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
