Detail-oriented and driven, the fully remote Trainee Take Loss No Policy Adjuster will review claims, verify policy activity, and issue denial decisions as part of the fast-paced Material Damage Unit. Key Responsibilities Partner with assigned representatives to address claims involving fraud or subrogation for optimal outcomes Recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage in claims Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion and independence Required Qualifications Basic understanding of insurance policies and industry standards Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills to identify and meet customer needs Experience managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure Sound judgment within structured, guideline-driven processes
