Job Description

Join the Child & Family Research Center (CFRC)! We're seeking a motivated Office Assistant who's ready to make a positive impact in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service
• Answer phones, reply to email inquiries
• Process child care tuition payments, make deposits at the Cashier's Office
• Data entry, scan and file documents
• Run errands
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be a student of the University of Nevada, Reno.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, successfully complete a background check, provide proof of a negative TB test, and complete 22 hours of required child care licensing training.
• Candidate must have their own means of transportation to work at an off-campus building.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates that are bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply.
